Quick Answers

Might Save You A Call

How quickly will you reply?

Messages sent through the form are answered by email, usually the same working day. If you need an answer straight away, ring the shop on 0203 355 9577 or message us on WhatsApp.

Can I change or cancel an order I have just placed?

Get in touch as soon as you can. Plates are made to order and cut quickly, so once yours is in production we may not be able to change it. Call rather than email if the order went in today.

What documents do I need for road legal plates?

Photo ID plus proof that you are entitled to the registration — your V5C logbook, a new keeper slip or a retention document. Bring them with you if you are collecting, or we will ask for them after you order online. Show plates need no documents.

Do I need an appointment to collect?

No, but a quick call before you set off means we can have your plates ready and waiting rather than keeping you standing about.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Send us a photo along with your order number, either through the form above or on WhatsApp, and we will sort it out.
